Membership attributes are not available in BBNC. Unless you use the comment field you can manipulate it with some java to say date of birth. You would need to add it to the membership record as that info would stay in the comment field.

I ran into issue with duplicate report it never finished after 24 hours. Of course I only work 8 hours so i stopped the process. Thought I would share the folowwing
BB support has confirmed that the is several errors they are aware of with the report.

If you need to sell items on an occasion or two. I would use the form in BBNC. We have version 6.45 and you can sell items via the form using multible fees. Using the payment 2.0 part can also give you the added benefit of a shopping cart.

Hi Katw,

When someone calls in we ask if it is corporate or personal. However when it is done on line no way to ask. Most of our events are free, but if I needed the card info you need I would use an event attribute and ask them to select personal or corporate card. You can also add something in the helplet to expain why if you need to. The attribute would also appear on the record in the event module.

Check the name that the file has been given during the merge process. Periods at various places in the name of file will cause it to not be recognized as a Word file by Windows.
If that is the case you can rename the text file to .doc

Hi,
Sorry you are having a bad experience with using BBNC. I can tell you that you can setup installment and recurring gifts as a bill me later. The option is there on the donation form when you set it up.
As for customization what is it you are looking to customize?
Not sure if you have an IT department or not. But when we launched BBNC we where responsible for the certificates.
I would recommend looking at the work product document and see what BB agreed to.
